Research Interest:
 After completing my PhD thesis in the area of condensed matter 
 physics, I am working on problems related to physics of glaciers. My 
 focus is on issues relevant to Himalayan glaciers. My present goal is to 
 contribute to a better understanding of the debris covered glaciers in 
 the region through mathematical modeling and field studies.
