Transport Arrangement for FIMB - 2012

Science City – Mohanpur Bus Timings for February 4th & 5th

7.20 AM: Bus arrives at Science City Main Gate and picks up participants.
7.30 AM: Bus departs from Science City Main Gate.
7.45 AM: Bus picks up participants from Ultadanga (in from of Capitol Electronics).
8.05 AM: Bus picks up participants from airport gate number 1.
8.30 AM: Bus picks up participants at Barasat Dak Bungalow More.
9.15 AM: Bus arrives at the conference venue at IISER-Kolkata, Mohanpur Campus.
On both the days, the bus will leave our campus at 7.30 PM.

The bus will be accompanied by Mr. Debasish Kumar Ghosh (Ph:

9874721503) on February 4th and by Dr. Partho Sarothi Ray (Ph:

9874703899) on February 5th. Please co-ordinate accordingly. Since

the bus has to reach the conference venue on time, please do not

request for intermediate stops.

Kanchrapara Railway Station – Mohanpur Bus Timing for Feb. 4th & 5th

8.30 AM: The Bus arrives at the Kanchrapara Rly. Stn. (will wait on the east side of the station).
8.40 AM: The Bus departs from Kanchrapara Rly. Stn.
9.00 AM: The Bus arrives at the conference venue at IISER-Kolkata, Mohanpur Campus.
On both the days, the Bus will leave our campus at 7.30 PM.

The vehicle will be accompanied by Mr. Nirbhay Kumar (Ph:

8609786707) on both the days. Please co-ordinate accordingly.
