Poster presentation guidelines:
- Maximum size of the poster should be 4ft (horizontal) X 3 ft (vertical). Board pins and hanging materials would be provided.
- Posters should be hanged before 11AM of the first day of the symposium and should remain there for display till the lunch time of the second day.
- There will be few best poster prizes for the students. The evaluation may be done either during the poster session or during any of the breaks.
Platform presentation guidelines:
- Platform presentations will be of 15 minutes time slots plus 2 minutes discussion time.
- The speakers will be alerted at the 12th minute and will be given 3 more minutes to wrap up the talk. Timing in this session will be strictly enforced.
- Please find a volunteer at the auditorium and upload your talk at our computer before the start of the session.
