The Indian Drosophila research meeting (InDRC 2021) is being organized by Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Kolkata (IISER K) from 13 - 17 December, 2021 under the auspices of the Indian Society for Drosophila Researchers. The organizers of the InDRC 2021 take the pleasure of inviting you to this symposium. The primary goal of the InDRC 2021 meeting is to bring together fly researchers on a single platform to share their findings, ideas and explore avenues for potential collaborations. This will be an online meeting with scientific sessions covering broad areas spanning ‘Cell & Developmental Biology’, ‘Neurobiology’, understanding ‘Signalling in Development, Diseases and Stem cells’ and exploring avenues in ‘Ecology & Evolution’. Each Scientific session will be coupled with a plenary talk and a poster session where research scholars present their work as a part of audio embedded slides. New knowledge gained by the attendees will not only propel them to frame new research questions but will also give new experimental directions to their work.
