Accommodation:

  • Kalyani University Guest House: All male students participants, some postdocs and one volunteer (16 people in 8 rooms) will be staying at the International guest house of Kalyani University and they will be transproted every day to and from the venue.

  • Visitor Hostel IISER Kolkata: All other participants will be housed in IISER Kolkata Mohanpur campus, in Visitor Hostel.

Arrival/How to reach

Arriving at IISER Kolkata, Mohanpur Campus

  • Pickup from Airport: In the case when few people are arriving together (or nearby time), there will be a pickup organized.
    Separate emails will be sent to each groups.
  • Pickup from Salt Lake:There will be few pickups from IISER Kolkata guest house in Salt Lake on 26th January, 2018 for all those who are arriving by air, train or from Kolkata.
