Topical Conference on Gravity, Cosmology, Astronomy and Astrophysics - Eastern Region (TCGCA - ER) is envisioned to be a biannual meeting in universities/institutes in and around Kolkata. The core idea is to have regular scientific discussions with minimal administrative hassles.
4th meeting in this series, TCGCA - ER4, is being hosted by the Department of Physical Sciences of Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Kolkata.
