| Course Content: Attitude measurement, Interpretation of contour maps, Attitude calculations, Geometric methods: Dimension calculations; Introduction to Stereographic Projections; Introduction to interpretations of geologic maps; Stereographic Poles & Rotations; Calculation of layer attitudes in drill holes; Fault problems; Equal area projections & structural analysis; Folds & Downplunge projection; Kink & Busk methods for fold profile construction; Microstructures
