Preamble
This laboratory course will focus on the fundamental experiments in Chemistry. Various experiments from Inorganic, Organic, and Physical Chemistry on the synthesis and characterization of metal complexes, small organic molecules that are discovered in the last 1-2 decade/s or so. Students will learn aspects of basic thermodynamics, effects of ionic strength on the reaction rates, formation constants of metal complexes. At the end of this laboratory, students will be benefitted for doing their advanced chemistry laboratory in subsequent semesters their M.Sc. program.
