Basic Cell Biology: Microscopic observation of eukaryotic cells (plant cells (onion peel), cheek epithelial cells); Plasmolysis and deplasmolysis of onion cells Microbiology: Isolation of single colony and Gram staining Spectrophotometric estimation of DNA and DNA gel Electrophoresis Diversity in natural populations at Macro (Alpha diversity in birds/plants) Blood group determination |
