Protein structural analysis, sequence alignment, structure prediction, model building, and different software related to structural biology
Demonstration and data analysis related to protein secondary structure by Circular
Dichroism spectroscopy
Peptide NMR analysis 1D and 2D
Fluorescence of Tryptophan in polar and non-polar environment
HPLC demonstration and data analysis
