Dr. Sayan Pramanik (2024-26)

I was born in Barrackpore (West Bengal) on 01-12-1994. After completion of my primary studies in West Bengal, I received my B.Sc (Hons in Chemistry) degree in 2015 from Vivekananda Centenary College Rahara, Rahara (West Bengal) and M.Sc (Specialization in Organic Chemistry) in 2017 from the University of Calcutta, Kolkata (West Bengal). I have done my Ph.D. from the University of Calcutta in the year 2023. Presently, I am doing my NPDF Post-doctoral research at IISER Kolkata under the supervision of Dr. Devarajulu Sureshkumar. My project is the development of synthetic methodologies by asymmetric photocatalysis. My hobbies are traveling, watching movies, and reading storybooks.
