Dynamic radius jet clustering algorithm: Current jet clustering algorithms use a fixed radius parameter for the formation of jets, which is inadequate to capture the differing radius features. We have developed an alternative jet clustering algorithm that allows the radius to vary dynamically based on local kinematics and distribution in the $\eta$-$\phi$ plane inside each evolving jet. We have presented the usefulness of this dynamic radius clustering algorithm through Standard Model, and beyond the Standard Model processes at the 13 TeV LHC.

Jet substructure-based polarization study of W boson: The polarization studies of W boson in the boosted hadronic channel are becoming interesting in recent days. The jet substructure-based study of fat W jets gives the correct information on the angular variables. We have used N-subjettiness technique to determine the two subjets inside the fat W jets. We then worked on the improvement of the polarization study of fat W jet with various choices available in the jet substructure-based studies.

Jet substructure-based dijet resonance study at the LHC: We used the jet substructure technique to distinguish different types of dijet resonances produced at the LHC. By extending the idea of quark versus gluon tagging, we showed that the jet substructure observables along with event variables in a dijet event can give important information regarding the type of resonance. This is a useful tool to search for different types of models which give rise to dijet resonances at the LHC.
