The passionate team of Ek Pehal consists of students from IISER Kolkata. Our team is backed by some of the brightest minds in India. They bring to the table their know-how and great compassion towards Science, education, and teaching eager students. Together, we strive to educate the youth in ways that make them more engaged with their curriculum and inspire them to pursue knowledge independently.

Regular Academics: We assign team members to take regularly scheduled classes for various classes at the IISER Kolkata campus. Subjects like Science, Math and English are covered using engaging methods of classroom study. Moreover, interactive Computer classes are provided for those interested.

Computer sessions, extra-curricular and special events: Aside from education, Ek Pehal also takes great interest in engaging with students about their hobbies, be it sports, dance, or art. Various competitions and events are hosted to uplift the talent of our students.

Outreach: Off campus, our volunteers conduct regular outreaches to nearby villages to interact directly with students and reach a wider audience. These outreaches are beneficial for younger students and students with lack of transportation, who fail to commute to our campus.

Content creation: A dedicated team of volunteers are involved with the formation and approval of content like curriculum, test papers, educational charts and demonstrative models

Administration: The Administrative Team handles room bookings, management, and planning of various events. It is a direct intermediate between IISER Kolkata and the Ek Pehal team.

Media: The presence of Ek Pehal on various social media platforms is handled by the Media Team. Engaging content is posted to share our initiatives and inspire a wider audience.

Web-D: The Web-development team works to document the efforts of Ek Pehal and impart it to people worldwide. Regular blog posts and photos are shared, keeping up with all the recent events conducted by Ek Pehal.
