My research interested are in the following broad areas:1) Ecology: Community ecology and distribution patterns of freshwater fish in tropical ecosystems 2) Behaviour and Evolution: population variations in behavioural traits among wild zebrafish populations and its evolutionary implications3) Conservation of fish and tropical stream systems: statistical and modeling methods in developing conservation strategies
