Manas Mondal was born in Baruipur, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal, on 2 April 1993. He completed his graduation from Surendranath College in 2014 and obtained his Masters Degree from Jadavpur University in 2017. He then joined the Ph.D. program at Jadavpur University under the supervision of Dr. Amit Saha and completed his Ph.D. on 11 April 2025. Subsequently, he joined the research group of Prof. Alakesh Bisai at IISER Kolkata as an NPDF Fellow for his post-doctoral studies.
