The format will be similar to that of the Solvay Conferences. Each session will be dedicated to a specific issue. Two rapporteurs will first review the current status of that question: One on the theoretical aspects and the other on the experimental results. That will be followed by a discussion where participants can present their perspectives on the issue and results. There will be a colloquium talk in the evenings of each day. These will be accessible to a larger audience. Posters will be on display all day long.
