Isotope and trace elements geochemistry. Continental erosion and weathering. The evolution of ocean chemistry in response to global events. The accretion of extraterrestrial matter. Tracing anthropogenic activity through time. Petrogenic carbon oxidation in river catchments. Estuarine cycling of isotopes, trace elements and nutrients.
