Advertisement for Position of Animal House Technician (SYMEC Project)
Applications are invited for the posts of two Animal House Technicians contractual position for a “Systems Medicine: Acceleration using a Cluster Approach” (SyMec) research project in the multidisciplinary translational research field undertaken in the Department of Biological Sciences, IISER Kolkata.

Position: Molecular Biology Technician
No. of Vacancy: 2
Minimum Eligibility: 12th pass in any branch of Sciences from a recognized Board/Institute.
Desirable Qualifications:
1-2 years of prior research experience of working in a cell and molecular biology lab. Prior experience in small animal handling is desirable. Basic knowledge of using computers for record keeping and data analysis is required.
Salary: 12,000/- per month (consolidated)
