Online interview will be conducted for the temporary engagement of two Junior Research Fellows (JRFs) and two Research Associate-IIIs (RA-IIIs) at IISER Kolkata for the project “Quantification and use of entanglement and coherence for designing a quantum simulator” of Interdisciplinary Cyber Physical Systems (ICPS) Programme of the Department of Science &Technology (DST), New Delhi, under Prof. Prasanta K. Panigrahi, Department of Physical Sciences.
The posts are purely temporary and contractual in nature. The eligibility criteria and number of tentative positions are given below:

Expected number of positions: Junior Research Fellow : 2 (Two)
Remuneration: Rs. 31,000/- per month + HRA
Essential Qualifications: 55% in Master’s degree in Physics/Chemical Science
Desirable Qualifications: NET/GATE/JEST qualified
Age limit: 35 years
Duration : 12 Months

Expected number of positions: Research Associate-III : 2 (Two)
Remuneration: Rs. 54,000/- per month + HRA
Essential Qualifications: Physical Science/ Chemical Science/ Computational Science/ Applied Mathematics + two years of relevant experience.
