Advertisement for Laboratory Attendant position
Applications are invited for a “Laboratory Attendant” position in DBT funded project in the Dept. of Biological Sciences (DBS), IISER Kolkata, Mohanpur, Nadia, West Bengal 741246.
This position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project as mentioned above.

Project Title: “Assessing the immuno-therapeutic potential of type III interferons-IFNs (IFN-?) against Avian Influenza virus (AIV) infections in murine and chickens models ”
Principal Investigator: Dr. Amirul Islam Mallick, Associate Professor
Qualification: Candidates must complete 10th Standard examination. Prior experience in working in an experimental animal house set up (mice and/chickens) will be preferred. This position requires some travel. Previous experience in working at an animal experimentation facility (mice/chickens) will be preferred.
Salary: INR 10,000 per month (Consolidated).
