Department of Chemical Sciences

 

Applications are invited from the Indian Citizens for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position (one) in the DST sponsored India-Czech Joint Research Project entitled “Porous Conjugated Polymers for All Polymer Solar Cells” under the guidance of Prof. Sanjio S. Zade, Department of Chemical Sciences.

 

Essential Qualification: M.Sc./MS Degree in Chemistry along with a consistently good academic record in previous examinations. Qualification in at least one of these exams: CSIR-UGC NET (including LS); GATE; national-level exams conducted by DST /DBT /DAE /DOS /DRDO /MHRD /ICAR /ICMR /IIT /IISc /IISER.

 

Age limit: Below 28 years as on 30 April 2022, which can be relaxed for certain reserved categories as per the prevailing rules of the Government of India.

 

Remuneration: Rs. 31,000/- per month + HRA (if applicable).

 

Tenure: Initially for one year, with the possibility of extension till the completion of the project (Oct 2023), depending on the availability of funds and satisfactory performance.

Conditions: No TA / DA will be provided to the candidate for the interview. The decision of the selection committee will be final. The fellowship may be terminated with a 30-day notice before completion of the tenure if performance to date is not deemed satisfactory.
